Beef Salpicao is a delicious and flavorful Filipino dish wonderfully paired with rice! Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner! You can have marinade a big batch and just cook in small batches! :)
Ingredients

½ kilo US Beef Tenderloin, cut into cubes

or ½ kilo Beef Terderloin Salpicao Cut
½ cup Olive Oil (for sauteing)

2 tbsp Garlic , chopped
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Knorr seasoning
½ tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Combine garlic, 2tbsp olive oil, worcestershire sauce, knorr seasoning and black pepper together in a mixing bowl.
Marinade for atleast 1 hour or overnight
Saute with olive oil for 3-4 minutes or until meat is brown. Make sure your heat is on high. Do not overcook.
