Make your very own homemade longganisa!
Ingredients

500 grams lean ground pork
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
cling wrap for molding your longganisa
olive oil or vegetable oil

Rice and Eggs to Serve
Directions
Mix together lean ground pork, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Put 2 tbsp of the mixture into cling wraps and mold into logs / rolls. Wrap it tightly and seal. Make it for all the rest of the mixture.
Place the sausages in a container and put in the freezer for 2 hours or until ready to cook.
Just pan fry the sausages in olive oil (or vegetable oil) for about 5-6 minutes or just until cooked.
You can drain in paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve with RICE and EGGS!!!
