Easy & Yummy Dish that's great to pair with rice or pasta! Perfect for a home meal and party dish as well!
½ kg Beef Tenderloin (Stroganoff Cut, ½ inch strips)
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 pc Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom, Campbell’s 10oz
1 Cup Water
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 can Sliced Mushroom (10oz)
Heat oil in a non stick skillet, brown garlic and set aside
Brown stroganoff strips quickly in the pan and set aside with garlic
Cook onion until until it caramelizes, about 5 minutes
Add mushroom soup to onion, dilute with water and mix well
Add 1 can of mushroom (withut the wmushroom water), season with soy sauce
When sauce starts to simmer, return the garlic and beef slices to sauce. Mix well.
