Classic Meatballs (Deep Fried or Air Fried)

This recipe has been a classic recipe for the family. A go-to dish for kids and adults alike. Always SOLD OUT from the dinner table. Must Try!
Ingredients

1/2 kilo Lean Ground Pork

1 med white onion, finely chopped

1/2 pc Carrots, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
dash of black pepper
8 tbsp Cornstarch

1 large Egg, beaten
3 cups cooking oil, if frying
Directions
In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the ground pork
Make a crater at the center, put in the beaten egg, salt & pepper, chopped carrots and onions. Start Mi=xing by folding in the meat until mixture is well blended.
Spread the cornstarch on the meat and start mixing until well blended
Shape into 1 inch meatballs and line up on a large tray
Air-fry Option: Set at 200 Degrees and Airfry for 10 minutes
Deep Fry Option: In a medium pot, turn the heat on medium high. Add the oil to heat up but not smoking. Drop the meatballs one at a time . Do not overcrowd. Deep Fry of 2-3 minutes.
Service with Tomato Catsup or Sweet Chili Sauce

You can switch from Ground Pork, Lean Ground Pork to Extra Lean Ground Pork depending on the fat content your family likes. We like lean, so we use lean ground pork or extra lean ground pork :)
