Butter Garlic Shrimps

Easy Butter Garlic Recipe with the aroma of Lemongrass
Ingredients
- 1 kilo Shrimps, head removed and deveined
- 2 tbsp Butter

5 tbsp Lemon Grass (white part only), chopped

2 small Onions, chopped

3 cloves Garlic, minced
- pinch of Salt

1 Red Chilli, sliced
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Sauce
Directions
Heat butter in a skillet, add lemongrass, onions, garlic, and salt.
Saute until onions are translucent.
- Add shrimp and spread evenly in the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add the sauce mixture
Add sliced red chilli then stir until shrimps are fully cooked.
Recipe Note
Make sure not to overcook the shrimp, when all parts of the shrimp has turned orange, the shrimps are fully cooked already.
