Enjoy this one pot cooking salmon belly dish and meal!
Ingredients

500 grams Salmon Belly

1 thumb Ginger, sliced
- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Shaoxing Wine

1/4 cup Spring Onions
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 cup Rice, uncooked
Directions
- Marinate for 30 minutes the Salmon belly with slices of ginger, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, shaoxing wine, spring onions, sugar, and salt.
- When you're ready to cook, put your rice together with your salmon belly and marinade in your rice cooker.
- Mix a few times until rice are coated with the marinade. Then add in your usual amount of water to cook the rice.
- Turn on your rice cooker and cook until rice is done. Then dinner is ready
