Elevate Our Smoked Boneless Bangus | Tinapa and Make it Extra Special!
- Drizzle the inside of the fish with generous amount of olive oil.
- Stuff your bangus with sliced onions, garlic, tomatoes, and coriander (sprinkled with salt and pepper).
- Close the Bangus and Drizzle olive oil all over the fish
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, salted egg and tomatoes.
