Adobong puti is easy to make with simple pantry ingredients and is just as delicious with steamed rice!
 
                    Ingredients
- 
                1 kilo Pork Belly Sliced, cut into 4s 
- 
                8 cloves of garlic, crushed 
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns, crushed 
- 4 pcs laurel leaves 
- 1/4 cup fish sauce / patis 
- 3/4 cup white vinegar 
- 1/4 cup oil 
Directions
- Season pork belly (adobo cut or strips) with salt. 
- Then in a sauce pan, add in your seasoned pork, crushed garlic, crushed black peppercorns, laurel leaves, fish sauce, white vinegar, and cup oil. 
- Let the mixture boil then lower the heat to medium-low. Cover the pan and simmer for 45mins to 1 hr or until all the liquid has evaporate and only the oil and rendered fat is left. 
- Then let the pork fry in the oil until its golden brown and crispy.
