Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive Oil (For Making Fried Garlic)

2 Tbsp Garlic (chopped - for fried garlic)

½ Kilo Prime Beef Tenderloin Salpicao Cut
¼ cup Olive Oil (for sauteing beef)

2 Tbsp Garlic (chopped)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 ½ Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 ½ Tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Marinade beef tenderloin with garlic, olive oil, worcestershire sauce, knorr seasoning and black pepper for atleast 1 hour. Overnight is an option too.
In a pan, stir fry garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Set aside. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Remove excess liquid from the marinade. Do not include excess marinade so your salpicao wont be watery.
Use the same pan and heat olive oil until hot enough for stir-fry. Make sure to use high heat.
Saute Beef for 3-4 minutes or until meat is brown. Do not overcook.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fried garlic.
Serve with Sinangag and Fried Eggs!
